Welcome to the home page of the Northern Alberta Canine Association, the friendly Edmonton dog club. Although we always welcome your calls, the information here may make it easier for you to find what you want, when you want it. If not, please feel free to contact the club officers in charge of the area you are interested in. Some of the objectives of the Club are
To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred dogs and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
To protect and advance the interests of the purebred dog.
To conduct Dog Shows, Obedience Trials, Agility Trials, Canine Good Neighbor Tests, Rally 'O and Sanction Matches under the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club.
To urge members and breeders to accept the standard of all breeds as approved by the CKC as the premier standard of excellence.
To do all in its power to protect and advance the interest of all breeds and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at conformations shows, obedience trials, rally 'o, agility trials and temperament tests.
From time to time, present education to the membership on any and all aspects of dog involvement.
To provide for the recreation of its members and to promote and afford opportunity for friendly and social activities.
